Our approach
ABN Solicitors has adapted its working practices in response to COVID-19 to protect clients, staff and the wider community while continuing to provide a full range of legal services.
Remote consultations
We are fully equipped to conduct consultations and provide legal advice via telephone, video call and secure email. The majority of our work can be handled remotely, and we encourage clients to use these channels where possible.
In-person meetings
Where in-person meetings are required or preferred, we are happy to accommodate these. We ask that clients do not attend our offices if they have COVID-19 symptoms or have tested positive. Please contact us to rearrange if you are unwell.
Document handling
Where original documents need to be provided, we offer guidance on safe posting and courier options. In many cases, certified copies are sufficient and we can advise you accordingly.
Continuity of service
We remain fully operational. All deadlines, applications and correspondence will be managed as normal. If you have any concerns about your matter, please do not hesitate to contact your solicitor directly.
